Crystal Zavokians have it rough. If only we could meet the best Sonic character: Crystal Zavok.
A fan cries around an altar and poster of their favorite character: Crystal Zavok from the video game Sonic Rumble. The caption "WHY CAN'T HE BE REAL" is read with the fan having their tears shoot upwards and all across their shoulders and the floor. Ironically, there are many reused shots with poorly added on frames. Some of the shots are used from tweets either parodying any actual appreciate for such a stupid variation of an unpopular character while others are literal shitposts from Sonic the Hedgehog fan, BrentZone. One could take this meme as a desperate cry for help from the user, Dizzydennis. They often meme on things that are either not often meme'd about like the Sonic & Garfield Pack or some very specific Hello! Project memes. See? I wrote Hello! Project there like you'll know what that means. It's basically an agency for J-pop idol groups, but that's not important. Because I could mention the Sonic & Garfield Pack and while you might not know exactly what that is, (it's a 1999 compilation of the "Sonic & Knuckles Collection," "Garfield: Caught in the Act," and "Baku Baku"), but you likely know who Sonic the Hedgehog and Garfield are, so it still works on a surface level. Speaking of which, Baku Baku being included in that pack was so odd, right? They really had no reason to add that, but it does sort of fit with the whole uniqueness of the pack, so I'm sure it's welcomed. But back to Crystal Zavok because this skin is expensive in Sonic Rumble. Thankfully, it can be purchased with the in-game rings, but it's literally like 50,000 rings! So you better whip out Aunt Gretchen's credit card if you want to play as the best Sonic character ever. Oh and I should go on to say that Zavok is NOT a beloved character, but Crystal Zavok is. This distinction is very important. But months after Crystal Zavok was first shown, we saw forms for Crystal Amy appear which means this transformation isn't even exclusive to the zeti! Makes this whole thing feel like a waste.

Trans kids are not a bargaining chip. Being trans isn’t a culture war. Not giving an inch in my support for trans and nonbinary people of all ages to live freely and openly, and neither should you. Gender is what we make of it, and that’s what they’re afraid of.

This is my favorite picture of Stonewall.

They knew they were getting arrested just for being LGBTQ+.

Yet... they're still here, standing outside of the boarded up Stonewall Inn, smiling as the world was at a fever pitch of hatred against them.

I think about it a lot in moments like this.
