I think this might mean our swallowtail caterpillars are beginning to pupate / make a chrysalis??

Successful return to exercise after an intense work week last week!

Today we did 600m “sprints” (aka run 600m as fast as you can, even if that means you’ve got to stop and walk), with 5 minutes of rest between: x4!

Ran some VERY good DCC last night! This adventure was a mashup of:
* An optional add on chunk of Sailors on the Starless Sea
* Death, Frost, Doom where the dungeon wakes up when you’re deep in it
* The God that Crawls for a terrifying slow pursuant

Did it! Felt strong but definitely like more work, which makes sense because it was! I also pushed it a little on heart rate, starting my next set when my hr was slightly higher than usual- I’d love to get this workout down to around 30-35 minutes.

Honestly, soon I think it’s time to start working in some longer sprints / fully rested maximal effort work in the mix instead of this 15 second sprint work! But this is DEFINITELY still high value and very intense for now.
