Sight Support Derbyshire
@sightsupderbys.bsky.social
Sight Support Derbyshire works with people who are blind or partially sighted in Derby and Derbyshire. Sight loss affects every aspect of life. We provide a range of practical, emotional and social support for everyone from children to the elderly.
Running any organisation costs money. Without the essentials we can't continue to support 5,000 visually impaired local people every year. That's why we are delighted to have received a generous grant from the wonderful people at the @westonfdn.bsky.social towards our running costs. Thank you!

Our music room project with renowned tabla player Mendi Singh is proving to be a big hit! In week 3 we were joined by guest artist, Ruthie Lindsay who led some wonderful jigs. Confidence is growing and although everyone looks very serious whilst they are concentrating the smiles are wide afterwards!
