I wrote a book. A whole novel. 292 pages of words that I put onto paper.
It doesn’t matter how many copies I sell, or how many people read it, that feat alone is enough.
I wrote a damn book.

I have officially started working on my next novel! I wrote ~1400 words tonight. It feels SO good to be back to writing after months of editing and proofreading. I don’t want to reveal too much, but I can tell you that the FMC is a vampire and the book is a paranormal romcom. 🩸🌹

Tomorrow I will wake up for the first time as a published author. I can hardly believe it. I keep thinking about the 7-year-old version of me writing down story ideas in her spiral notebook and illustrating her own, “book covers.” I think she’d be proud. 🥹
