anyway, it's binaural beats, which isn't anything new,

but the fact the dude who made this shit got unbearably horny from it has me HOWLING. bro unlocked his dissociation kink.
In his book, Monroe—who died aged 79 in 1995—tells of enduring “a severe, iron-hard cramp” across his diaphragm after first listening to the binaural beats in 1958. On one occasion he felt “shocked and frightened,” but over time the pain gave way to spontaneous out of body experiences. In addition to floating, he also once “experienced an overwhelmingly strong sexual drive and could think of nothing else. Embarrassed and irritated at myself because of my inability to control this tide of emotion, I returned back into my physical body.” Over time he figured out how to control the process without being subsumed by sexual desires.

allow me to introduce u to the Complete Meat Fondue Ensemble.

found the empty box in a bin store and spent like a half hour rummaging the bins to find all pieces. this thing sat in a box for 50-odd years, got dumped soullessly into the bins, and only now has finally had the handle even screwed on.
A 1970s era fondue set next to its original box that reads "complete meat fondue ensemble". The set has a blue pot with green lid and stand, and a stack of matched blue plates with little sections. There's a print on the pot with mushrooms and veggies.

picked up this rather fascinating find while thrifting, and can't seem to locate more info online.

i suppose now I'm going to have to make some kind of little creatures to make use of them! seems like a more durable alternative to using internal wires for posing.
