The Green River was looking like its name on a gray day. We were the only people there on a holiday afternoon, which delighted the dogs who ran off leash, and ran, and ran.

Good day, bluesky. ‘Have been busy with laundry and packing for the holiday trip, but the dog needed some outdoor exercise so I caught a patch of blue showing through the overcast. We had bonus rain that wasn’t forecast, so a good day all around. Have a great week everyone.

Animal trail through the very thorny Harrison’s yellow roses, suitable for quail, cats, and not-too-tall dogs. The feral cats have an ambush hidey hole, which dog regularly checks. The quail mutter their concerns. The cats snarl if thwarted.
