Please note: I’m just a writer. I’m not an artist, designer, programmer, etc. I’m JUST a writer! So while this won’t be the best art you’ve ever seen, you will be watching my skills improve in real time. At least, I hope that it will lol

Alexis is a cat rescuer at an adoption agency. One day, a large man comes in to adopt a dog, but seems pretty determined on bringing Alexis home, too! The reader will take on Alexis’s POV and experience his struggle between what he wants and who he thinks he should be.

Consider this a story with features rather than a featureless game! There are some interactive elements (minigame, map, turn based combat) but it reads as prose as opposed to standard visual novel format.

I mean, the itch does not look good... it's just better than it was for now is all lol I think the banner and links are staying. I'll just have to update the actual body when I have more to say.

I don’t *know* why the people who have hurt me irl did it. I don’t get to see an objective presentation of their backstory lol but in fiction I can, and I have a better understanding of why a character ended up a certain way. That’s truly all it is!

I mean, not to be rude. I just mean for some reason I have a lot of conversations where I try to point out why flawed logic isn’t flawed for a certain character and people *hate* it. They start to point out the obvious fallacies, like - yes! *We* get that! But we can see that this character doesn’t!
