That's some really nice damage. I guess that's the major benefit of building Youmu throughout a run, but that also means the build comes online later into the run when you're able to farm certain talent trees.

Yeah, Marisa is broken comparatively. She's playing a bullet hell in a melee focused game. She never needs to get up close in a game where most of the danger is close to the opponent (including boss-centered bullet patterns).

For character strength it's like Marisa >> Mokou > Flandre > Youmu.
