Sorry to hear this. It’s been a rough year my end too. Can’t figure out how much longer to carry on if this continues

I’ve been urging productions/HoD’s to expand their crews to be more inclusive. Sadly with the exception of projects like Hamlet & The Roots Manoeuvre, it’s been an uphill struggle
Crew diversity has reverted back to Pre-Covid levels. Which makes me believe it was all performative

What these companies don't get or seem to care about is those of us who are professionals in post-production and rely on tools like WeTransfer to send materials to clients have also signed NDAs that are complete conflict with their new TOS.

Legally we CAN'T use WeTransfer now.

But I’d rather have a clear conscience with the project I choose to do than do something I know I’ll regret.
