Arizona is severely underrated, culinarily. You have a GOAT tier Mexican regional cuisine, fantastic indigenous food and local ingredients, and you have all the California and Texas chains

At this point in my life I basically only want to eat fast food or at a Michelin starred restaurant, or a restaurant with some sort of obscure international dish I haven’t tried before. Otherwise I like my own cooking better
I’m literally at the point in my life where I won’t eat if fast food is the only option. I just don’t want it.

I had 4 days off and by the end of that time I was thinking about creative pursuits, maybe even getting involved in my community. Thank god that's over now

Genuinely makes me sad that history is filled with so many incredible fascinating stories yet the most popular history show on Netflix is some dipshit looking at old civilisations and just going "looks like they used secret technology or magic to build this"

My hot take is that a totally traditional Thanksgiving meal can be delicious it’s just most people don’t really know how to cook
