I recently asked a pharmacist if there was anything I could take to improve my energy levels and she recommended magnesium. It hasn’t given me more energy but I do now burn with a bright white light which saves on the electric 💡👍

When I applied for 1800 jobs back in autumn 2015 I also discovered “The little book of calm” . I read a page per day and soon found myself closing my eyes and zoning out during loud stressful moments or if lots of things were competing for my attention . Still works 👍

Not been well since February and to keep going I treat myself to the odd inspirational item for the home office . Having recently read the attached here on BlueSky I have purchased a small plastic lobster and introduced him/her/it to my men’s health group yesterday 👍

This is such a good analogy I think I shall purchase a small lobster model for our next mens health group meeting .

I welcome the aspiration regarding ending work insecurity in the government’s plan for change but I see no reference to a plan to end the well documented age discrimination in the UK job market www.lawyer-monthly.com/2025/05/do-e...

Here is a classic example of bad government . Chuck a cost saving plan out there without OBR oversight . Scare the pants off the vulnerable and then let other third parties like Amnesty do the analysis that proves it’s a bad idea as I assume OBR will confirm in October .
UK's 'cruel' benefits system is 'ruining lives' and 'violating human rights', Amnesty report finds

Amnesty International UK is urging the government to stop its plans for benefit cuts – as the social security system is already 'violating human rights'
