Feels like it has been 84 years since I started getting the 30009 error in 4.0_Preview. My guess is it will be another 84 before CIG gets back to fix it. (An yes I did try ever suggestion provided in the 4.0 known issues posts including DNS flush, Gender Swap, and Arena Commander)
