65 yr old white male, anti racist, lost my love 3/9/24 at 3 am. Grieving hard. Just off suicide watch after 232 days. The election didn’t help. Be gentle. Also, my dog and cat are smarter than 77 million Americans.
Mine hears the beginning of hyperventilating or sobbing/screaming, just as they begin. Then she reminds me how fortunate I am to have an angel with me most of the time.
