My mood is so bad off HRT and my cognitive symptoms (together with a long list of other symptoms I’m having) I’m going to have to go back on HRT. I can’t survive like this 😭😭😭

I find the question “How are you” difficult to answer at the moment. As I’m not feeling great but don’t want to be honest and say exactly how I’m feeling as that tends to put people off

I’ve now been discharged from Oncology and have let the dr know that I won’t be taking Tamoxifen which she was ok with

I managed to get a Covid jab on the NHS today. One of about five people under 75 who qualify for it this year (probably). I only got it because of having had radiotherapy recently
