I guess DC got miffed how Jack Kirby's run on Jimmy Olsen was a little too much Fourth World action and not enough silly Jimmy adventures, so Kirby's solution was to just put in Don Rickles and his doppelganger and apparently that was peak comedy to him.

Had three cooked potato halves left over from lunch, cut up a pickle and a scallion, mixed mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, maggi and a little bit of cayenne into a dressing and after chilling in the fridge for an hour i have a single serving of really nice potato salad.
