Today's sourdough loaves are mozzarella, pepperoni, and garlic to go with pasta tonight. The other is cream cheese & chocolate chunk for breakfast tomorrow.

Back on my sourdough bullshit! Had a vision of pepperoni pizza so I make this pepperoni, mozzarella & garlic loaf. So good dipped in marinara!

We got to share #WarpedTour with our daughter this weekend! Her first, our many! Would have loved to march, but the punk scene has always been about smashing fascism so here we were. It was so awesome to share this with our girl!

I was sick this weekend so I didn't get to bake much. Did try the croissant sourdough loaf that's making the rounds. Looks and smells amazing!

This weekend baking spree brought us discard pretzel buns, mozzarella & garlic sourdough loaf and a sandwich loaf.
My best sourdough yet! It was a roller coaster. Seemed to ferment too fast and wouldn't come together during s&f. Put it in the fridge and did 4 coil folds. Finally came together, then cold proofed about 5 hours. This bread is light, airy and just a bit on the tangy side.

My bread for this week is cold proofing but sourdough donuts and bagels are a success!

Had this bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on my most recent sourdough loaf. I just cut into it tonight (baked Sunday). It's my best loaf yet and I never want it to be gone!

Spent another weekend baking and trying homemade pasta. I used my new KitchenAid extruder but I need to let the dough chill a lot longer! Sourdough French toast to use up last week's loaf. Plus 2 new loaves - plain and cinnamon raisin.

It's baking day! Sourdough discard chocolate cake for dessert. 4 loaves of sourdough proofing. Up next homemade pasta with sourdough garlic bread for dinner. Might do some discard pretzels later.

I decided to take up sourdough baking to disassociate from this horrible administration. The fruits of my labor. I've had 4 decent loaves, 2 duds and 2 absolute bangers. I love this for me!
