I’d say that I agree. When he has been good, Zarco has been terrific and probably earned that ride. Seems content not having to develop like you would for a factory team though…

My point being that they haven’t done without Newey. Since he left, they have fallen right down the pecking order - am I wrong?
Regulation changes can spark a complete transformation of the grid too. Look at 2014 and you’ll see there’s no reason why Mercedes won’t be ahead of Red Bull again…
