My family made me a “restaurant meal” when I came upstairs from my home office for a lunch break, kids presented me with a hand-written menu and then made to order. Flowers on the table, the works.
We also made a huge fort out of blankets across the entire basement, with disco lights & music.

From my Wellness Day last Monday - I decided to have a solo walk at Duder Regional Park. Big believer in Wellness Days - you don’t need to be sick.

Someone at my local pool told me the other day that a bag had been stolen and the culprit found the car keys in the bag and managed to steal the car from the carpark as well. (The downside of cars that beep and flash their lights when you hit the unlock button!) What is wrong with people?!?!

Well his grandparents and uncle are all in Vancouver so he’s got a soft landing there… but I’m sure the world will be his oyster!

My 18 year old has already registered himself! 😍 The threats to cancel outdoor ed was the final straw but I think the Chloe Swarbrick cool factor also helps.
