Peaceful, though a larger than usual crowd of curious onlookers. Note the people on the roof of the ice facility. Some were apparently right wing media, but we also see snipers up there at night shooting rubber bullets and pepper spray balls at the crowd.

The only war mongers are the proud babies - coming from Vancouver, WA, southern OR and Florida - for a fight. They didn’t get one because Portland protesters know how to PEACEFULLY protest, which is our First Amendment right.
