Interesting article. So how would tweaking an AI, which leads to malice, work with an AI incentivized to deny Medicare claims?

Interesting article. So how would tweaking an AI, which leads to malice, work with an AI incentivized to deny Medicare claims?
The iOS weather app used to be accurate within minutes but it’s been getting worse and worse since….changes. Right now, the app says it’s raining but I look out the window and it’s sunny.
