Yup! Using the 3D noise and applying a curl warp per (z)layer to get 3D tiling curl noise 🙌

Actually neither :) I am distorting a flame shape texture with a flow/distortion texture (two actually to break repetition). I'm controlling the strength of the distortion with dynamic parameters in Niagara to distort it with varying intensities that causes these lovely flame licks ^^
