I don't think about it often. I'm generally fine with how people view me (as I understand it, of course) except for coming across as colder than I'd prefer to. I think meditation has probably influenced this.

I think that places like Bluesky are just not appropriate to post like that it because it just leads to cycles of co-rumination. If someone is feeling overwhelmed there are better places to talk about those feelings that won't lead to that.
