I for one, don’t feel like waiting till after I’m dead, for the minor symbolic victories that accomplish nothing, to play out. Some of us don’t have time to wait.

As much as I would enjoy her has a senator, speaker of the house also sounds like an equally good if not superior position for her talents as well.
It’s a long way to 28, unless schumer retires (unlikely), so we’ll see how things shake out at midterms.

Why stop there, Japan has some of those multi generational 100 year mortgages out there, they seem fine.
Nothing like your child being born with your parent’s debt to payoff to make you feel economically secure…
