I am often skeptical about the power of things like this especially since I never ever.jear about the results after the fact but I'm going to put my skepticism aside and act. Feb 28th. Buy nothing, do not engage with Corporations.

988 the FEDERAL suicide support line has removed all mention of trans folks from their site. I can only imagine this means trans people are not safe to call that line. If you need help, please call trans lifeline. (If you're trans and in need of support) A trans person will answer and support you.

We can't get swept up in what he says. He's a known liar and his lies mean nothing. If we spend all our energy trying to combat lies we have nothing left. We spend our energy on action friends.
Over on the other site Elon Musk said that DOGE stopped $50M of condoms from being delivered to Gaza which Trump the repeated several times but it turns out that was the number for all contraceptive support from USAID everywhere on Earth, of which none went to Palestinians.

14 years ago I was worried and concerned about the impact of social media on relationships. 14 years ago I noticed I was relying on likes as communication rather than reaching out or tapping in with folks.... I did change my behavior for a short while but it didn't last. Sadly.

I'm trying to be more intentional about what platforms I use for what purpose. And be more intentional about staying connected with people. Relying on feeds to show me what's going on with friends isn't going to work, and in fact...hasn't worked for years. 1/3
