The police have blocked Fourth Avenue in front of City Hall to prevent protesters from accessing it. those hills are steep increasing risk of falls and medical incidents. With protesters having the higher ground, clashes could arise as people push and fall down towards the police or the barricades.

On another note I wish I knew how to contact you. Short story this woman claims that her son ran away, so they decided to assault him in public and commit child abuse. Couldn’t get their names, but police were called.
