This is what breaks through my reflexive cynicism. This is a guy who has correctly stated he could shoot someone in the middle of the street and not lose support and he is obviously panicking about this

I would be suspect of anything that comes out of that company, but I also know that most average people see AI as just another search engine, or even a better one, so that number seems reasonable worldwide.

I also have advice for anyone who says Strange New Worlds isn't Trek or isn't good (especially if it's for some dumb reason like, "they're too emotional"):

And one other thing: we’re being told that AI is the only way to make games cheaper and faster, to pull us from this precipice of production nightmares the industry has found itself in. That it’s necessary.

We put out roughly 3 motherfucking games a year, not touching the stuff.
