Fun night at the gym tonight! I’m going to be doing a couple “2 a days” of workouts. Workout was an EMOM of 5 snatch high pulls, 5 hang snatches, 10 power snatches. I got to 115, 95, 105 respectively, then for 6 pm I stayed at 65 to focus on technique. Very happy with tonight’s workout! #crossfit

Time to change out the flowers on my TV stand! Went from fall colors to Yule colors. Now to get the remaining decorations out of the shed and get the house decorated for Yule. 🥰🎄

I never get tired of the campy ass movie. But the way the Navy is portrayed- chefs fucking kiss mate! Even my former Navy sister loved this movie!

Welp, it took 3 years from the last time but looks like I got hit with the Covid Cooties again. Sucks because I had to miss thanksgiving with my family, but at least they all had fun together.

First post shoulder injury workout and it’s was one of my favorite types of workout….lifting heavy weights!!!

Took it easy at first but was feeling groggy and decided to go nuts. 15 minute EMOM for snatch 1 rep max then 15 minutes of clean and jerks.

Shoulder feels great considering!!
