Fun night at the gym tonight! I’m going to be doing a couple “2 a days” of workouts. Workout was an EMOM of 5 snatch high pulls, 5 hang snatches, 10 power snatches. I got to 115, 95, 105 respectively, then for 6 pm I stayed at 65 to focus on technique. Very happy with tonight’s workout! #crossfit

First post shoulder injury workout and it’s was one of my favorite types of workout….lifting heavy weights!!!
Took it easy at first but was feeling groggy and decided to go nuts. 15 minute EMOM for snatch 1 rep max then 15 minutes of clean and jerks.
Shoulder feels great considering!!
