A couple people have told me that my Ford Maverick is a car with a pickup bed because it is a compact and front wheel drive.
And my response always is, don’t threaten me with a good time. I’d love a modern day El Camino or VW Rabbit Pickup. Most pickups today are about a foot too tall.

I’m not sure I understand what this example has to do with Stand Your Ground. Is the implication that if the happened in a non-SYG state, a jury would have said this guy had a duty to retreat from the person he says was pointing a gun at him?

After all the hullabaloo about the SIG p320 and uncommanded discharges, it’s hard to overstate my disappointment that it didn’t happen in this case.
