We went to our local No Kings rally today. I was moved to tears seeing all the good people, there were lots. #nokings

New experiment with low fire glazes and decals. I am going for a high fire look and think it succeeded.

We've lived up here since 94 and only seen goldfinch one or two times. Today a family of them came to visit and stayed while I spoke to them softly. I grew up here and they were common but not so this last 30 years, so this was so delightful.

Little stoneware boat with monk. Another collaboration with spouse. Depicts "stream entry" a Buddhist idea of the early stages of the path to Liberation. I love this theme. #ceramics #boat #buddhism #whimsical #miniature #pottery

Newest little piece, a tiny monk in a boat symbolizing
stream entry in Buddhism, the first stage on the path. Stoneware and porcelain.

Dear spouse, at my request, fashioned a fantasy boat. Glazed Stoneware with porcelain sail, the mast is an iron rod.

@vetcation.com Here is our dear old Matty almost 19. He tinkles on the floor occasionally when it seems he is in a bad mood. Is that normal. We've had to put tons of pads down but he seems to want to "miss" any place that we are trying to protect. He's always been a mostly wonderful cat.
