The President of the United States is threatening to go to war with an American city.

This is not a joke. This is not normal.

Donald Trump isn't a strongman, he's a scared man. Illinois won’t be intimidated by a wannabe dictator.

To anyone who doesn't understand why women don't come forward to report sexual abuse: the UNITED STATES PRESIDENT said it's a HOAX after Epstein survivors recounted their harrowing tales of being raped as minors.

I’ve spent a good chunk of my career relying on American science and engineering to keep me alive. Yesterday, RFK Jr. testified at the U.S. Senate Finance Committee. It was sad to see him try to destroy the life’s work of so many American scientists. He shouldn’t be in this job.

Remember, Trump illegally ordered this impoundment of funds, but the GOP approved it after the fact in its rescission package. This is on them, too.

When we get a real president, I want Jackie’s rose garden restored. I want the Kennedy Center name put back. I want that $200M gold-plated ego chamber demolished. And I want the Saudi jet dropped in the water outside Mar-a-Lardo and turned into a nonstop immigrant welcome tour.

The conversation around the Epstein Scandal is missing the point. Ryan Wiggins' latest column for Lincoln Square is a crucial reminder that our focus should be on the victims, their stories, and how we can prevent such a horror from ever happening again.

The Republican stance on the Epstein files is that they should be released, they don't exist, and if they do they should not be released, if Trump's name is on the list then its a hoax and if its not a hoax then pedophilia should be legal and Democrats on the list need to go to prison.

NPR is suing Trump.

Why? Because he slashed their funding just for doing their job—which is political retaliation.

He’s trying to silence public media because they don’t bow down to his ego.

News flash: the First Amendment doesn’t disappear just because you don’t like the coverage, Donnie.

Blowing up billion dollar spacecraft to own the libs
The latest flight of SpaceX’s Starship, the largest and most powerful rocket ever built, got all the way up to space, but not all the way back down to Earth. The spacecraft sprang a propellant leak, causing it to break apart and scatter debris in the Indian Ocean. nyti.ms/4jkkRtH

I'll be a broken record on this: The GOP tax bill puts tax breaks for billionaires over health care for millions.

Premiums will skyrocket for middle-class families. Working people—and CHILDREN—will lose health care. Hospitals will close.

We've got to stop them. Help spread the word.

Socialism is what they called social security.

Socialism is what they called the growth of free and independent labor organizations.

No matter how bad you imagine smallpox was, it was worse than that.
Ben Franklin on inoculation, after his son died from smallpox.

“In 1736, I lost one of my sons, a fine boy of four years old, by the small-pox, taken in the common way. I long regretted bitterly, and still regret that I had not given it to him by inoculation”.
