It's been a while since we've contributed to #caturday Here's my girl, Stinky, the sunbeam surfer. We think she's about 16 but she often still behaves like a kitten. She's a rescue and thinks she's a human. She likes to put me to bed in the evening and gets indignant if she doesn't get chicken.

Turns out we have a beautiful cherry tree in our front garden. Previous owners had 'pruned' the tree almost to death so we didn't know if it would bloom. Here it is, bright pink blooms in the sunshine. Beautiful.

Found a new recipe for #glutenfree American style pancakes (courtesy of the loopy whisk) and had great success with it this morning. Hubs said they were better than any regular pancakes he's had so that's a huge win!

We have a new crate for the cat to get used to for when we eventually move. She usually just ignores anything she's not interested in but we have success after a mere 2 days! #proofofcat
