Seriously, hire a Community Manager and let that CM hire their own team of CMs.
They should be the only ones authorised to engage with your community for anything complaints and/or negative. Everyone else from the entity, including upper management (CEO, COO, CTO, President) should be off-limits.

Pinksky is just a photo visualizer. It doesn’t store data or create accounts. Anyone on Bluesky appears there automatically because the profiles are public. That's how it technically works and its the main difference from other social apps.
