I've now reached that age where when getting on the bus I apologised to the driver for taking my time as "the pavement is a death trap" it's compacted snow turned to ice people, not the fast and the furious part infinity.

I often say that I would have been a terrible parent, and sometimes I remember that time a friend of a sibling who was advised by a health visitor to use olive oil to moisturize her newborn babies dry skin, but couldn't find olive oil in the shop so bought and used crisp and dry instead.

22 days ago I permanently deleted my tiktok account. Lots of people who are really upset about this but interestingly enough not a single one of them have gotten in touch since. I think that oftentimes people don't want you to make changes in your own life because it inconveniences them .

I came out as transgender when I was 36 years old I am now 42, and consistently my father keeps misgendering me, it almost feels like it's on purpose at this point, I think it's a subconscious thing but waking up at 6 am to a message where he refers to his 4 daughter's, just feels violent to me.
