Hi Tom, please note that your skeet is unreadable by the majority of screen readers. The use of alternate glyphs often leads to them either being skipped entirely, or read out individually as “bold capital d, bold lower case a, bold lower case t…”, etc.

News to me, but apparently _Austin_ is a "masculine" name. Anyhow, yes, it should be a codename, and the agents shouldn't be limited to men.

I’m barely here these days, what’d they ding get for?

Original skeet in the quoted thread is blocked, is it related to this skeet on three-cuing? bsky.app/profile/sara...
ever since I learned about three-cueing I've developed infinitely more patience for replies on social media. mfers literally do not know how to read. people are walking around conjuring random meanings into words they don't know, and they don't know a lot of words. it's crazy

“Slop bowl stock,” all while breathlessly boosting intellectual slop stocks.

No issues for me, locally and via a VPN endpoint in Singapore (for free anime).

In what way?

I recently met someone that thought that meant World of Tanks/War Thunder tank players and I desperately wished for that level of innocence.

Brisbane had a “step aside and check if anyone if alighting” campaign for a decent while and the culture has mostly stuck. GC barely had any PT and now care more about fining people hundreds of dollars for skipping on 50¢, so it’s all suck.
November 3, 2025 at 8:07 AM
People in the GC don’t make a space for people to exit trains and trams, and it always amuses me when someone indignantly tells me off for me walking in a straight line out a door and barging into them.

I can just hear it in the distance, and the light show is nice, but I don’t think it’ll reach down my way.

It is. Thanks Malcolm.

But something is still causing spikes, and the packet loss hasn’t gone away. So I spend another half hour working out what it is, and it's getting warm in the office so I open a window… that's a nice breeze, ooo, that's a wonderful gust… is… is the packet loss correlated with the gusts of wind?!
October 20, 2025 at 4:15 AM
That worked a little, but things go awry if any other major upstream happens. Right, let's prioritise browsing and interactive traffic, the first x bytes of traffic is fine but deprioritise anything after. Cool, that's done it…
