The Group is involved in a wide range of projects delivering semiconductor devices for applications in position, navigation and timing and quantum technologies (MEMS gravimeters, micro cold atom systems, Ge on Si single photon avalanche detectors).
I am honoured to receive a Fellowship of the Royal Academy of Engineering in recognition of some of the technology I have pioneered aided by the collaborations with many colleagues.
