This is exactly my take at this moment. Let's wait at least a bit for more facts and see the specific charges before we all declare a crisis.
I don't know the details about the Wisconsin judge's arrest, but state judges are not immune from federal prosecutions. The vibes are bad and concerning because of the context, no dissent there, but we shouldn't embrace the wrong conclusion that state judges are immune from complying with fed'l law.
