really wanted an old tek scope that did XY, overpaid $75 for this beat up busted thing from an HSC parking lot sale in 2013, replaced a power supply cap and it worked for a bit, then it rotted in storage for a decade and now it's blowing fuses
a $2600 piece of equipment on introduction in 1980!

including this chonky vintage Sony RK-64A cable? sure looks like it came from the 1960s

outputs turn out to be fine probably could have soaked them in contact cleaner and been done fml
get it all together and now the reverb LED is flaky and the number 2 button doesn't work but i can live without those
calling it a pyrrhic repair victory

the output pot is all gooey and i think this is intentional goo to make it all smooth but its leaked out
wiped it down and hosed the rest down in contact cleaner
and confirmation someone has been in here before and done a poor job repairing LEDs
they were working so i'm just going to leave it
