When is Wissa back? I genuinely think that it’s amazing to be where we are considering how the summer went. Looking back on how the PL wrapped up last season, I do think Howe gets them in gear and they’ll go on a run. Not an ideal start, but so many games left.

We often make the mistake of thinking people are stationary and incapable of movement, growth, or change (some are, don’t get me wrong). What we need to understand is that the journey of becoming often lasts a lifetime.

And if Christians are to be bearers of good news, that ultimately means that we need to see everyone (*everyone*) as becoming (n; the act or process in which something becomes); and not just becoming what we want them to be, but who God is calling them to be.

While we all do this to some degree, it usually overlooks the fact that so many people out there have put in the good work: on themselves, in their communities, and/or within their relationships.

Whether it’s our parents or folks we encounter regularly or infrequently, I think the idea that someone is just “this” way makes us feel a little better, whether it’s about ourselves or the surrounding world.

The fall of Ryan Adams has been happening for a long time, so this is, while frustrating, not a surprise. As someone who used to love his music, I cannot even listen to a note anymore because of his behavior.

I don’t mind what’s pictured as it looks like a sweater, but is this the away description? I actually like the away kits being different colors (except the green, of course) and wish this year’s 3rd was our away. Definitely don’t mind black/white stripes with the blue Adidas down the arms.

Agreed. Maybe he figured since most players were coming back and did so well, he let Elias lead the charge to replace folks (which he did, but they weren’t 1:1 replacements obviously). This, hopefully, means DR understands they will need to spend to maximize their window, which is still wide open.

Mrs got us tickets to see them when they’re here in April. Bucket list, to say the least.

In looking over the table at the moment, most are sort of in the same spot, honestly. Two more wins put the magpies at 6th. Like… just two more wins. While the team have played sloppily, they are still very much in reach, they just need to wake up and get to work. Howe is our guy.
