I agree! Although I do think there could be more affordable options of healthier foods, specifically produce if there was less waste for reasons such as whether food is aesthetic to look at or not.

Neat! I’m seeing between 35-55% of crops used to feed livestock (Canadian, Europe) and in the US it’s 70-80%

From my understanding, at least here in Canada, a good chunk of land and food that is grown here, is used to make feed for livestock.
