Reality is any hire could be a potential temporary hire. If we lose him, I hope it's because he succeeds and not because we've become a coaching graveyard.

Well, let's see if Shep can cook. Even hiring a coach with head coaching experience could've been a faceplant.
It's all gonna come down to what's in the NIL cupboard and the universities financial commitment to the new coach. He needs to be set up to succeed. Thats up to OSU.

Not trying to be a wet blanket. I'm excited to see what's going to happen in this off-season, but I'm tempering my expectations. Time will tell.
