Posts about Toronto Housing almost exclusively, because I haven't figured out how to present other aspects of my life publicly.
I've tried to remedy this by installing so many high-CRI light bulbs that its equivalent to bringing the sun indoors. Its called a Luminator in my community.

I'm coming around to a theory of populism that is less about specific macroeconomic levers or whatnot and more "a bunch of stuff in our lives just needs to ask less of us"

witness Doug Ford using COVID to bring back non-time-of-use electricity billing

Do you have details about what a "public inquiry" could look like? What changes could result from one?

They're developing their own games, so there's some innovation there. Or are you asking about the funding?

Sometimes I don't feel like Toronto is metropolitan compared to:
- Singapore (lived there for 4 months)
- Tokyo (lived in suburb for 1.5 years)
- Chicago (visited for a weekend)
- Hong Kong (visited for a week)
- Seoul & Busan (visited for a week)

Or it resents that it became metropolitan?
