Super tender and flavor is on point. Not as much bark as you get on the offset smoker, but it gets the job done. I’m pretty happy with it.

First whack at smoking on the Weber Kettle. It’s ideal for grilling. The offset gets such great results, but I just wanted to see how the kettle does. Got a small chuck roast at the store this morning. Curious to see what happens. Keep it here for updates.

So we are inching ever closer to the best holiday next week. I think sharing excellent family recipes might be a nice group activity. It could also help some folks out if they need to make something and need ideas. I will start by sharing the dressing recipe of my paternal grandmother. It’s perfect.
