America is in the midst of a Republican-made health care crisis—a crisis so severe, so urgent, and so devastating for American families that I cannot support a continuing resolution that fails to address it.

I am voting NO.

I will not support a deal that does nothing to make health care more affordable.

We are in a health care emergency. A simple one-year extension of these tax credits would cost less than Donald Trump’s $40 billion bailout for Argentina.

A vote for this bill is a mistake.

If there was ever a reason to consider moving the New York State Capital to New York City it is that Albany residents won't be able to watch Jimmy Kimmel tonight

There is a Brooklyn Bar Association event happening in my apartment building right now. Today is the first time I have ever had FOMO for not being a lawyer.

A friend just used two different messages I wrote in a group chat to compare Benny Johnson and @johngreensbluesky.bsky.social.

The line is so far gone that it no longer exists.

Does anyone think that "malloc" is a bad choice for a function name in C?

I know it stands for memory allocation but because of the Latin root "mal," I instinctively think it's actually a function for if the allocation was not properly completed.

Thanks to @governor.ny.gov's executive order, I was able to make an appointment at Walgreens for my annual COVID and Flu vaccines with my mother. And, while I was there, they pointed out I was overdue for a Tdap and HepB booster so I was able to get those too!

I was guilt-tripped into attending today's Nassau County Young Democrats End-of-Summer Party and I learned why: my friends @jaredgoerke.bsky.social and John Byrnes honored me with a resolution making me an honorary member. 🥹

St. Carlo Acutis was a Java programmer and Java is the programming language that powers Android. Ergo, Java is God's preferred programming language. Therefore, using Android is pleasing to God.

I cannot count the number of meetings, late-night takeout (including after evening classes while a student at Fordham!), and comfort meals I have had at Park Plaza - especially since it is geographically convenient for me. I am going to miss my neighborhood diner.

Amazingly, I somehow got ChatGPT to hallucinate on code I gave it. ChatGPT said the code didn't have declared data types (it did) and mentioned functions that did not exist.

My family and I have been founded by payday loan bottom feeders and real estate brokers about my father's estate for months. However, there is not much re assets in the estate - if the bottom feeders read the will (a public document), they'd know this.

I just used ChatGPT to rework a homework assignment from 15 years ago to make it actually work.

It was an 8-puzzle solver program for an Artificial Intelligence class, and I always got segmentation faults when I tried to run it.

No, the irony is not lost that I used AI to solve an AI problem.

One small problem: the person whose name they use is at Sullivan & Cromwell.
