They haven't had the time to get real clearances. I live near a lot of military/NSA contractors. Some of the new employees wait 1-2 years for a clearance.

Which translation would you use? and in what order? Specifically 'Do not kill' should have been translated as 'Do not Murder'. If these are rules for living in a group, why does God first identify her/himself as the one 'The Lord your God'? How is that relevant to a nonbeliever?
