Sorry I don't play yu-gi-oh, and unaware of the quote? It was a line I wrote for the character, had no clue something similar was already said in the show. But that's neat!

You can do round in pixel art. If you want a rounder shape look into removing the the doubles in your line work as well as easing your turns. Look great tho! Keep it up!
