a lot has transpired since I’ve last been on here ahahah. have had several medical events and prob have POTS + some undx’d gut issues now because of two viral illnesses I got back-to-back earlier this year. It’s been difficult trying to teach myself to slow down when my body needs it _(:’3 」∠)_
