What a dilemma for Biden right now. Does he use the immunity the Supreme Court has so unwisely given him (for example, releasing reports) or does he play by the old, correct rules? I don't envy him the choices.

As a life long Democrat, I think a good first step for the DNC is for them to stop "asking for your thoughts" when you know know it's just another fundraising pitch. Stop emailing me until you actually have something to say.
