Other pick up in car park wasn’t touched but was a lot closer to the main door so was covered by CCTV probably.

I was going to take the pick up but my office must have realised mileage would be more than the cost of a hire car so was given one. Kind of glad now as the guy who got hit reckoned they would have smashed the glass to see in the truck bed.

Heartbreaking that scum can do this. The people who buy the knocked off stuff are equally as scummy.

Bit of an edit. The van driver said Middlesbrough area and not that actual location.
If you can sleep next to a dual carriageway, it’s decent. Food and staff top notch.

Very glad I got a hire car and didn’t my pick up as that would have likely been broken into as well.

Going down M6. Move to middle lane, making progress past queue of traffic on inside. Thank god for lane 3 as the number of people who just pulled out…no indicator and they clearly don’t look.
Don’t start me on the A66 or Middlesburgh.

Closed the A9 for 8 hours. Caused total chaos locally. Only detour North to Inverness was 58 miles.
All because somebody couldn’t wait to overtake. Less than a mile from dual carriageway.

But it’s true. In the years I’ve lived in Speyside it’s always been visitors who cause the accidents by dangerous overtaking or pulling out of junctions. Driving on the wrong side is a biggy too.
Last accident killed two from Norfolk.

It’s mostly the tourists. It’s rarely locals in the accidents.

I changed instruments to bass a long time ago. Still have my fiddle and can play some stuff but not a lot. The dexterity and finger positions on a fretless fingerboard aren’t great.

Update. Can get the basic tune but sounds awful. I’m just waiting for the SSPCA to turn up to see where the tortured cat is.
Can’t blame this one on my daughter. She’s away on holiday.

I don’t know. I’ve not played violin regularly for 25+ years. Let me see…

It’s not the best but better than Passport.
Incidentally, 100 Pipers was one of the first traditional tunes I learnt on the fiddle.

Definitely 1970’s liquid at the youngest, as labelling changed to ABV by 01/01/1980.

Me too. I don’t mind a little time to allow the spirit to breathe but this was too much. The original 15 at 40% when Chivas still owned it is better.

It’s not in the same realm as Jura Journey. That went down the sink.
It’s not too bad if left in the glass a few hours but rough as an aardvark’s knackersack otherwise.
