Just some guy hoping to reduce risk, avoid liability, and not take things too seriously. Mostly just Security Engineering and Homebrewing chatter. Tha Ghàidhlig glè beagan agam ach tha mi ag ionnsachadh.

My thoughts, totes not employers.  (he/him/e/esan)
Trust me. I know.

I absolutely loved him in that role. Everything about his acting supported and highlighted the pure resentment he felt for not being a true machine.

Even his introduction as Tyrol's confessor showed the undercurrent of disdain he felt for the very idea of humanity.

It's true! Seeing all those wraps made me set back up a scrobbler.

Probably since I abandoned _that place_ a couple of years ago. I made my way to the Mastodons shortly after the ownership change.

I'm still in Columbus (Ohio).

The sample came out nice. I would totally drink this. It's pale yellow, with some noticeable haze. There's a dry bite without being astringent and definite apple flavor.

Last night's cool down seems to have done it! It's still super cloudy but look at all that sediment!

All that gunk down there can result in some off flavors in the final product. To help, I'm racking it into a clean container.

Normally I'd use the basement beverage fridge, but it's actually pretty full now. Instead I'm going to naturally refrigerate it. The overnight temps are supposed to hit 40°F, which is a great start. Good night friend, let's see how you do.

Working out here in a cool (~50°F) and 100% overcast day has been exactly what I didn't know I needed.

Plus! Look at this rose I found poking through the fence!
